How the work goes

• A fixed fee per room, never hourly

  The same fee for every Room Refresh, and for every Complete Room. You see it before you take anything on. For now we work only with designers on the KOR scheme.

• 48 hours to say yes or no

  Once the customer has sent their photos and measurements, you see the whole brief and decide.

• 7 days to the first design

  We look at every first design before the customer does, and send it back with notes if something is missing.

• One round of changes, within 5 days

  If the customer asks for any. It goes straight to them.

• Paid once the project is finished

  When the customer says they are happy, or when we close it after 7 days without a word, we send your fee through Stripe. If we ever hand a project on to another designer, you are still paid in full.

• If the customer cancels

  Before you accept, there is nothing to pay. After you have accepted and started, you are paid half your fee for the work done.
